{PRIVATE} fields displayed in converted document due to not hidden.
Cause:
Private fields contain information needed to convert a file back to the original format.
Solution:
To remove these fields from display, click 'Show/Hide' on the Standard toolbar, or clear the 'All' check box from the 'View' page of the Options dialog box.
NOTE: Private fields are formatted as hidden text and do not affect a document.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'View' tab.
3) Select the 'Hidden Text' check box in the 'Nonprinting Characters' box.
4) Click 'OK'.
